"My agent retired a few months ago and I was moved to Dave’s team from my original agent. After being with him for a few months with no incident my girlfriend and I decided to consolidate our policies (she had a different insurance provider) I called Dave’s team to request that her car as well as her be added to my policy to consolidate our payments and access to digital insurance cards as we both drive the vehicles in our possession. Mary instructed me that it had been handled and would be processed in about a week. After a week I still was unable to access the digital cards so I called again and was told that her car was not added to my policy and that instead of adding her to my policy at our address for the added discounts for multi car they created a totally different policy and account under her name and billed to my account that is tied to her parents address in a totally different part of the state. (I live in villisca her parents are in Milo) After pointing out the errors in the policy I was told the corrections would be made to the policy as well as setting up a meeting to review my policy and coverages When I went in today to review my policy and fix any errors that may have occurred I was informed that they never messed up to begin with I told them they were in the wrong Mary was brought in because she was the one who originally messed up as well as the one who corrected the errors over the phone. When she came in she explained what she did the first time and (against better judgment due to being frustrated) I cut her off because she was claiming that I never asked for the policies to be consolidated and I was told very disrespectfully not to interrupt her. After letting her finish speaking and voicing my objections because I had concerns of being overcharged I was told we were beating a dead horse and the situation had already been resolved. Overall in the short time I have dealt with Dave and his associates I have felt very disrespected and treated as if my concerns were not valid and or not important I have already put through the transfer to be moved back over to the agent who took over my old agents team and I just want to warn anyone going in that this office reeks of pay to play you will be treated accordingly to what you bring to their plate and I’d take your hard earned dollars elsewhere."
