I grew up in Griswold, Iowa and graduated from Griswold High School. I married my High School sweetheart and moved to Elliott, Iowa were we have lived for 37 years. I started working for my first State Farm agent, Virgil Lundgren, in 1985 in Red Oak, Iowa. We moved to Texas for a short amount of time and while there I worked for a State Farm agent. When we came back to Iowa, I went back to work for Virgil Lundgren. Virgil retired in 1995 and I went to work for Barb Ray, the other State Farm agent in Red Oak. I worked for Barb until she retired in 2017 and started working for Dave. I am licensed in home, auto, business, life, health, and flood. My husband and I have 2 sons, both grown and out of the house. We have 4 very special grandkids. When not at work, we like to walk, travel, garden, and relax on the front deck. Janice Gravett
I have lived in southwest Iowa all my life, beginning in Clarinda. My family moved to Red Oak the summer following 7th grade and I began school here that fall. I graduated in 1971 and after a couple of years I moved to the Emerson area where I started my family. I have a son still living near Emerson with his family and a daughter near Villisca with her family. I have 7 grandchildren between the two kids and greatly enjoy every minute I get to spend with them. In 1987 I started working for the Montgomery County Treasurer and retired from that position in 2018. I now live back in Red Oak where I keep busy with family and friends. I enjoy reading and am currently in a book club. I am also learning to play bridge. I enjoy working part time at this agency.

I am licensed in home, auto, business, and life. I just recently got married to my husband Chavis and we have two amazing kids together. A very energetic son, Hunter and a very spunky little girl, Mia. Chavis is a full time firefighter/ paramedic in Red Oak, Iowa. We live on a farm near Elliott, Iowa. In our spare time we are tending to the goats and chickens. I am also a 4H leader to a local club in Griswold. Fair has always been a big event in my life and now it is for our children. I grew up in Emerson, IA and graduated from Nishna Valley in 2007. After high school my path led me to Buena Vista University and then to Iowa Western Community College for Ag Business. I met my incredible wife shortly after, and we were married in 2011. We had our first three boys in November of 2014(yes, triplets). Then we welcomed our fourth boy in December of 2017. My family is my world, I am heavily involved with my sons and our youth sports here in Red Oak. I have been in agriculture for most of my life. From custom applications to working for a local John Deere dealership. I have also spent many years working with my family farm operation.
